The Law of Creation is, “What you think about and believe about, and speak your word about (inwardly or aloud), you bring about.” The Law of Attraction is the Law of Karma, “As you sow, so shall you reap” or “What goes around comes around.”

The Law of Attraction is planting seeds, nurturing them and allowing them to grow, the Law of Creation is deciding what seeds to plant…taking out the negative weed seeds and only planting positive success seed. If you have no control over your mind and your thoughts, and you haven’t let go of the past, you will be very frustrated and create some success and then failure, time after time. You are probably in this situation and you want to get out of it – SM3 Success Seminars was developed because of this phenomena in my life, and my finding proven ways to overcome these problems and get beyond them.

One of my questions I always ask my students is,

“What would you like to have happen?”

This question might seem easy to answer, yet the answer, if acted upon, will start you down a road you may Wish you have Not taken, once you get down it. So it is important to do a few things before you start manifesting a lot of what you don’t want.

One is Goal Setting – there are few trainers that take you through the full goal setting exercises that I do. It is more than Goal Setting, it is finding out Who and What you Truly want to Become, what is Truly important to you, and what your Real As Is situation is – all of your strengths and weakness’, what is stopping you and how to overcome the past negative beliefs you might not even be aware of.

We all have strengths and weakness’ if you know what yours are, then we can build on the strengths, and bridge or overcome any weakness’. Also we need to learn what has been holding you back, everyone has judgments from childhood that still haunt and drive them. Fear of failure or success, fear of abandonment, being unlovable,  and not being good enough, are just a few of the negative judgments made between 2-5 years old, 7-9 yrs, 9-12 yrs, 12-15 yrs, and 15-17 yrs old. Once we understand what is holding you back and driving you, we can overcome them fairly easily and take back control.

Everyone is in need of the exercises in controlling your thoughts, words and deeds. We have all had thoughts of worry, fear and anxiety about things that never came about; we have also manifested things that caused us pain and sufferings – not understanding that we manifested it; we have all said somethings we should not have, and paid the price for it; and we have all done things even though we “Told Ourselves” NOT to do it, and have paid the price.

Observe Your Thoughts to Control Your Thoughts

One exercise you can do now to control your thoughts is to take time to consciously relax your body and take deep, rhythmic breaths to slow your mind, and just watch your thoughts, like clouds in the sky. Remember when you were a kid and you watched clouds? Do that with your thoughts. Write me after one week, and I will give you the second part of this exercise. It may seem silly, yet it is important. There is a celebrity you all know that did this with amazing results. Do it and see for yourself. To remind yourself, take 20 sticky notes, write “Watch Thoughts” on them and put them up in your home, in your car, and at the office. You will be amazed at the result, I promise. Once you control your thoughts, we can work on creating more Power in them.
